Tired Feet or Tired Hands?  Spend an entire 30 minute session focused on reviving your tired and worn out hands or feet. The work on the hands is from the elbow to the fingertips.  The work on the feet is from the knee to the toes.   Need a little of both?  Make sure to specify if that is what you're looking for when you arrive.
